| Do you have public liability insurance? |
Yes, we have a comprehensive cover of public liability insurance up to £10 million. |
| Is your work guaranteed? |
All our work is guaranteed for 3 years or 60000 miles to match most manufacturers warranties. |
| Do you collect and deliver? |
Yes, all our prices include collection and return delivery of the vehicle’s interior. |
| How do I order an interior? |
All that is required is a telephone call followed by a written order, either faxed or emailed to our company HQ, with details of colour choice and style requested by the customer. |
| How long does an interior take to manufacture and fit? |
A fully customised individual interior takes 5 – 7 working days to manufacture. If it is an “as factory style” interior and a kit is to be used, and is available when ordered, an interior can be done in 3 days. |
| What lead-time do you work to? |
We work to a maximum lead-time, from date of order, of two weeks. This can be less and in extreme cases can be more. If it is going to be more, you will be informed at point of order so you are fully aware of time scales. |
| Do your prices include extra colour and styling options such as piping? |
All prices include our full colour and styling option package. |
| What finishes are available? |
We have a full colour range of our standard automotive leather, and also Nappa leather, which is premium grade and OE materials most of the time, as it is supplied by the same manufacturer. |
| Can you replace sections of seat covers? |
Yes, see the case study of the Saab 93 convertible for example on the interiors page, we are able to retain sections of the original covers and replace others. |
| Do you use alcantara? |
Alcantara is a man made, synthetic material that mimics the looks of suede. We use it a lot for full interiors as well as seat centre panels. |
| Is it more expensive to have alcantara than leather? |
Yes, it is a little more expensive than leather so this has to allowed for when quoting. |
| Do you have facilities to store vehicles at your premises? |
We have a small amount of space, which allows us to store a number vehicles. This service is subject to availability. |
| Can piping be added to an original factory interior? |
Yes. We have to remove the seat covers from the seats, unpick the appropriate panels and then the piping is manufactured and machined into place. Price on application. |
| My customer is unsure which colour to have, will you meet them and advise on available options? |
We will gladly arrange an appointment to meet the customer, and discuss their options, free of charge. |
| When do we pay? |
Payment is at time of delivery. |
| If our customer has a warranty issue with an interior will you deal direct resolve the problem? |
We will gladly work you and the customer to resolve any warranty issues. We pride ourselves on our after sales service, providing the dealer and their customer with as much backup as can provide. |
| What methods of payment do you accept? |
We accept cash, cheques and all major credit and debit cards. |
| Are vehicles stored at your premises insured? |
Yes, we are fully insured. |
