All items (except items "made to order") are usually in stock and we endeavour to despatch all orders received by 12:30pm the same day. We will inform you by return if any goods ordered are currently unavailable. It may be possible to despatch orders received after 12:30pm the same day, it is dependant on how busy we are, it is advisable to phone us in this instance.
Goods are either sent by 1st class post or carrier (UK) and require a full postcoded address. If sent by a carrier a signature is required for safe delivery. If no-one will be in to receive the goods please consider a different delivery address e.g. a work address or c/o a reliable neighbour.

Parcels sent by UPS within UK mainland (Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are more expensive, please enquire)

We can ship parcels and goods internationally but please enquire about the costs before ordering. Email with address details and what you would like to order so a shipping quote can be obtained.
Damaged or defective goods
We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship and package goods to the best of our ability to prevent damage in transit. Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them BEFORE CUTTING/ MODIFYING and notify us immediately if you believe there is a problem. Check thoroughly before cutting/ modifying any items, we cannot accept any returns that are different to how they were originally sent. Damages, shortages and incorrect goods must be notified to us within 3 working days of delivery. In the first instance it is best to telephone or e-mail us. Please retain all goods, documents and packaging. We aim to sort out any such queries within 48 hours of being informed of them and will replace goods or refund your money depending on what is deemed most appropriate by yourself and the Company.
We try to avoid having returns so are happy to send samples before you order. Specifically ordered CUT lengths are difficult to re-sell.
If you do wish to return goods we will replace or refund but will make a minimum 15% handling charge.
Please include the following with any returns: name, daytime telephone number, invoice number and the reason for the return.
